Hot Healed Girl Gift Guide 2024- Stocking Stuffers
Ever since I hosted Christmas for my family in 2022, stocking stuffers have always been one of my favorite parts of Christmas!! It’s your chance to give small, meaningful, and useful items so it can take some crafting and thought to not resort to the classic gum & socks- not that there is anything wrong with that because I include socks in the stockings every year lol.
This year I struggled a bit with thinking of new stocking stuffers since this is my third year doing them & I honestly love all the things I have included in years past- but it just challenged me to step outside of the box and get a little more creative.
If you’re not a huge fan of all of these I highly suggest referring back to my old stocking stuffers because I do include some different items and between all three lists I am sure you will find something you love.
I tried to make this list as unisex as possible but since I am shopping for 3 ladies and one man I do tend to end up a little biased & having more female gifts than male. But I have included a lot more stocking stuffers in my Amazon storefront than I could even fit on this list!
Everything on this list is less than $15 per item- so although the electrolytes & meat sticks may be about $30- they have multiple items in the package so it ends up being about $1.50 per electrolyte or meat stick. Same with the lip balms, if you buy a 4 pack it is $24 but that makes it only $6 per lip balm.
You could also take a few of these items & bundle then into a teacher or host gift as a sort of winter wellness or winter self care bundle! The options are endless- but for now onto the guide!!
Chomplings- Starting off strong with one of my go-to favorites, mini beef sticks!! I always put some sort of snack in the stockings every year, it’s usually a travel snack since my family does have to travel and I want to keep them nourished! We love a good beef stick for protein and unless someone does not like meat sticks I genuinely don’t think you can go wrong with this for anyone in your fam.
Hat- This hat may be at the top of the price range for this list but Old Navy is ALWAYS having sales. I’ve seen this hat for as discounted as $7 which puts it in the perfect stocking stuffer price range. I live in a colder climate in the winter.so I love a good hat for the holidays and I don’t think you can go wrong with tossing this in a stocking or giving it with a gift card as a nice gift for the holidays!
Sleep mask- This is another classic item that can be for men or women & is always going to be something they need but maybe don’t even realize. I love a good sleep mask for helping me get into deeper REM sleep & these ones fully block out the light without putting pressure on your eyes if you like to put serums on your lashes or undereyes. You can always get sleep masks for only a few dollars so I feel they’re a great stocking stuffer for anyone who doesn’t sleep great or loves to maximize their sleep!
Scrunchies- These are another classic stocking stuffer but scrunchies will always be a hit with the ladies in my family! These satin scrunchies from Kitsch will hold your hair in place without damaging it the way traditional hair ties might. Plus so many of us are in our hair health era so this is exactly what many ladies out there will want in their stocking!
Travel size boka toothpaste- This may be a more practical gift but if you’re like me & want your loved ones to actually use their stocking stuffers then any travel sized personal care product is a hit! We love these mini bokas because it is the toothpaste we actually use with re-mineralizing hydroxyappetite in it.
Magnesium spray- I use this spray on my feet every single night before bed & I swear it calms me down so much. Most people are deficient in magnesium unless you’re actively taking it daily so this could be a fun health stocking stuffer to get your family in a healthier direction! Magnesium can also hit the body faster when taken transdermally(via skin) so this may be something to try if your current magnesium product doesn’t have you ready for bed.
Ned lip balm- What is a stocking stuffer list without some lip product? I love these lip balms from Ned for anyone in the family. They have full spectrum hemp oil in them which also makes it amazing for anyone who gets cold sores in the winter! Plus if you buy the 4 pack you get them for the price of 3! Code THEROOTEDINHEALTH will get you an additional discount on any order from Ned!
Coloring Book- I am in my hobbies & coloring era and this is exactly what I would want in my stocking this year! Honestly coloring has taken off on the internet & I totally get why. It’s a way to be centered and do something mindless in the present moment that is not scrolling & will do so much more for your nervous system than most other mindless endeavors. If you’re not as into Christmas 24/7 there are a few other cozy coloring books by this same brand!
Red light book light- I have one of these from BonCharge and as an avid reader- I swear I use it allll the time. This one from Amazon is a bit cheaper but as a red book light it will still get the job done! If you have any reader in your life I’m sure they’d love this in their stocking and if you want to make it a full gift you could do this plus a book of the month subscription!
Eye masks- I’ve included these before in stockings but I still think they are one of my absolute favorite stocking stuffers. I love these eye masks from 100% pure for de-puffing and brightening under eyes and I get the 5 pack every year for the ladies in my family for their stockings. Plus, these are always one of those items that everyone wants in their stockings but is rarely what anyone wants to buy for themselves- it’ll be a huge hit!
Travel nail kit- This may be a stocking stuffer that is a bit more practical & less exciting but I know what I’m getting my husband this year in his stocking. Yes this may not be the item everyone has always wanted but it’s likely exactly what they need!
Electrolytes- These are another old reliable for stocking stuffers. You can buy a massive package of individual electrolytes & break them up for the whole family in their stocking and it comes out to about $1 per electrolyte stick. My husbands has recently been soooo into the blue raspberry pickleball electrolytes and I feel they don’t get enough love so I included them here. Plus with recent news about LMNT containing maltodextrin, I am trending towards using other brands.
Gloves- This may not be helpful for any of my Texas or Florida friends, but I can never have too many gloves. Somehow they always go missing even though I swear I get a new pair for Christmas every year. This 3 pack of texting gloves from Old Navy are again ALWAYS on sale & I’ve seen this pack for as cheap as $10 so about $3 per pair. I’ve linked the women’s gloves but there are ones for men too & they’d make a great stocking stuffer!
Accupressure pen- This one may have a bit of a niche audience but I genuinely would be so ecstatic if this was in my stocking. Accupressure pens are phenomenal for lymphatic flow in your face but also just reducing inflammation in your whole body. This is a cheaper accupressure pen but if you get one made of genuine stainless steel it would make a great gift all on its own! And if you don’t know how to use it or what pressure points to hit, there are so many Youtube videos!
