Gift Guide 2023 for her aka my favorite things

Every year I make a “for her” guide which is legitimately just my favorite things this year in a little guide. I do it this way because I want to make sure I’m recommending things to you that I truly love & think pretty much any gal in your life will love! Honestly I am a basic gal so I’m sure that my “for her” guide will be perfect for any gal in your life. You can find my gift guide for her last year here, I tried not to duplicate any of the items but some are too good not to list twice! Polish & Plump Trio- These are 3 of my holy grail skincare products so this is the holiday set your girlie wants!!! For perspective, I bought all the Beautycounter holiday sets and the 2 that I’m keeping are this one and the jellies, so that’s how you know it’s good! This is 3 1 mL jars of some of our bestselling products so they’re travel sized and the best way to try products at a fraction of the price! The AHA mask is literally a facial in a jar, it has physical & chemical exfoliants and will leave your skin baby smooth, I use it every Friday for a weekend GLOW. The Mighty Plump water ceramide cream is one of my favorites too, it’s a nontoxic filler like product without any of the needles or toxins. The wrinkle between my eyebrows is mostly gone because of this product alone. And last but not least the cleansing balm is like a cleanser, makeup remover, & moisturizer in one! It’s so good for those with eczema, if you get dry skin in the winter, or if you just love a multi use product! I often use it to melt away my makeup or as an overnight moisturizing mask, and it’s never come in a travel size before! These 3 holy grail products will be the PERFECT gift for an gal in your life that needs a little extra self care or pampering without the toxins!

Angel number socks- Socks are always a good holiday gift- let’s be really who wouldn’t take more socks? But make it spiritual & personalized to the gal in your life!! Know her angel numbers?? PERFECT!! Get her some socks with angel numbers on them & I’m sure she will be ELATED!!!

Innersense Scalp Scrub- This is probably my favorite hair care product and I don’t say that lightly. I have tried a lot of hair care products & not loved many but this scrub is giving luxury & without the toxins. I use about every other week always leaves my scalp feeling refreshed & overall feeling so clean without any buildup. I use a powder dry shampoo so buildup can happen pretty easily, hence why I love this product so much. You will not be disappointed by this scalp scrub!!

Lumberjane Waffle Shirt- If your gal is the epitome of cozy cute, then she will love this waffle shirt!! I have it in an olive green, love to wear it over my activewear when I’m working from home or even out to the coffee shop! There are even waffle knit shorts if she loves a matching fit, this is an ace in the hole for a holiday gift!

Ned Mello Magnesium- Let’s be real, unless you’re taking magnesium & a bioavailable form at that, you’re likely deficient in it. Our soil & food supply is relatively devoid of magnesium so it’s something I find most people should supplement with! I take Ned’s magnesium almost every night and I LOVE it. I like the naked or lemon flavor, it helps me sleep, and it’s so relaxing to cozy up with a warm beverage before bed. I would bet that almost anyone in your life could use this a holiday gift. Manifestation mastery- This is legitimately one of my favorite books that I’ve read! I’m on my second time through and get new golden nuggets every time I read it! This is a channeled book by my mentor Christina and it’s sooo good for anyone working on bettering themselves & manifesting their dream life. This book is a must have for everyone in my opinion!

Paragon Ruched sports bra- This is one of my favorite sports bras that I own, and I own A LOT of activewear! Personally, I had to size up to a large since I am a C Cup, so I recommend if you’re a C or above then definitely size up or you’ll pour out of it. But if you’re below a C cup it runs true to size. Plus if you have a smaller chest this will have the girlies GIRLIE-INNN! This sports bra sold out in the first hour when it went live so I’d get my hands on it sooner rather than later! Brighter Days set- If you’ve tried beautycounter’s vitamin C serum then you understand why it’s our bestselling product- we like to call it liquid gold!!! The whole vitamin C line is good for fighting against age spots, dark marks, and discoloration plus it will leave you GLOWING ! Abercrombie oversized graphic crewneck- If you’ve seen me in the Utah version of this sweatshirt, no you didn’t. I literally wear my Abercrombie oversized crewneck every chance I get that it’s not in the wash. It is actually the softest sweatshirt I’ve ever put on my body, makes the oversized look look cute on me, and also makes me feel comfy cozy without looking full Adam Sandler. You cannot go wrong with this sweatshirt!! I got a large(I’m usually a medium) for extra oversize and I’m 5 8 and around 160 lbs so use that for a frame of reference! I would not say no to getting another one of these under the Christmas tree!

Blue light blocking computer glasses- If your gal works from home then just get her the blue light blocking computer glasses. They’re perfect for staring at a computer all day and saving your eyeballs, but also those days when you don’t feel like wearing makeup and just toss them on to make you feel cute. I know these ones are pricier but they are having a huge black friday sale & they’re worth every penny because they’re backed by science so higher quality than the ones you’ll find on Amazon!

Wide leg jumpsuit- I’ve heard that this jumpsuit is an Aritzia dupeeee, and while I don’t know for sure because I’ve never tried on the Aritzia one, I do love this jumpsuit and it’s almost always in the wash because I wear it immediately as soon as it’s clean!! It will snatch you in, look so cute and casual on, but feel like you’re in your pajamas- what is better? I don’t see how you could go wrong getting this for your gal this holiday season!

UGG tasman slippers- We all know that UGGs are back in style and the tasmans are constantly sold out! Grab a pair for your gal this holiday season while they’re still in stock in her size! These are perfect to slip on and wear to a workout class, around the house, or just to run errands! I know the platform ones are super trendy but these are my personal favorite, maybe because I used to have them in middle school who knows. I love them & I’m glad to be reunited with my comfy cozy uggs again!

QRTZ necklace- I have 3 crystal QRTZ necklaces and I wear one of them almost every single day. Believe me when I say if your gal is spiritual or just likes crystals this will be her daily necklace. The citrine will have her giving abundant vibes or you can go with the clear quartz to go with everything she wears- you can’t make a bad decision!
