Paleo Sandwich Bread
Honestly, who doesn’t love homemade bread? It’s versatile, delicious, and fills your house with that wonderful bread scent.
Plus buying paleo bread from a store is expensive, who wants to pay $12 per loaf to gobble it up in a week? I have spent my fair share of cash on paleo bread from the grocery store and let me tell you nothing compares to a bread right out of the oven.
What if I told you I had a yeast free paleo bread that would impress the masses? Yeah I said it, I had people who didn’t know it was paleo try this bread and rave about it. Plus you can impress all your friends telling them you make your own bread.
This bread is made of 8 simple ingredients, all things that can be bought either on Thrive Market or at your local Whole Foods or natural market. Then you’ll have all the ingredients to make this bread multiple times since the first loaf won’t last long
I use an almond flour base, with a little tapioca flour and arrowroot starch to keep this bread from crumbling. A paleo bread that stays together- who would believe it? Plus eggs, apple cider vinegar, and baking soda to give it that fluffy bread texture you desire.
